Friday, 22 June 2007 Had dinner at KimGary restaurant with the underwriters before catching Fantastic Four - Rise of the Silver Surfer at Vivo City. The food at KimGary was surprisingly decent and all of us enjoyed the food. Charmaine had an event and only joined us for movie.
Sok Hui & Ai Hwa. The two supportive underwriters I work very closely with!
Me & Meiyin. Meiyin is Charmaine's underwriter but we do hang out sometimes! We were both in pink!
French Toast 法兰西多士 - SGD2.80 We shared this. So yummy! Thumbs up! Typical Hongkong style. Ordered this and you will not regret!
Baked Chicken Wings with Cheese 芝士鸡翅 - SGD4.90 Definitely worth ordering! Am surprised a chinese restaurant can blend cheese so well with the dish. The grilled chicken wings tasted so cheesily wonderful!
Korean Noodles with Fried Egg & Ham 火腿蛋辛辣面 - SGD6.50 Sok Hui ordered this and was mediocre. The noodles tasted like instant noodles. I like the spicy soup though.
Roasted Honey Spare Ribs with Chinese Mushroom Rice 密汁烧炬排骨香菇饭 - SGD7.50 This rice oozed such mushroom fragrance! Ai Hwa did not regret ordering this. The ribs tasted pretty bland though. Should order mushroom rice with either chicken or pork chop instead.
Hot & Spicy Noodles with Pork Chop in "Typhoon Shelter" Style 避风塘香辣排骨面 - SGD8.50 I ordered this and regretting it! The pork chop inside was not too bad. But the spicy soup was ladened with lotsa garlic. For anyone who wanna order, please tell the server NOT to put garlic!
Supreme Chicken Chop Curry Baked with Swiss Cheese 瑞士芝士炬咖哩鸡扒 - SGD10.50 Meiyin won best-ordered food that night! The cheese was so yummy and the chicken chop so tender! So, chinese restaurants can indeed produce superb cheesey dishes! A Must-Try!
