In the morning. the tour guide brought us to a restuarant inside Turtle Plaza for chinese buffet breakfast.

After breakfast, we did some shopping at the most famous shopping district in Seoul, the Shinchon Fashion Street.

Next stop is to the Presidential Blue House, the residence of the President of Korea.

Roy with Traffic Police opposite Presidential Blue House. In Korea, the traffic police guarding the main buildings, is environmental friendly. They move around in their inline skates with gear. Impressive huh?

We then continued to Gyeongbok Palace, the main imperial residence during the Joseon Dynasty.

After that, we made a stop to purchase the Korean Ginseng, which is really famous in the world. Bought the Ginseng Essence Capsule for Mummy. Next is the Amethyst Factory but we did not get anything.
Thereafter, we proceeded to watch the "Nanta Show", Korean first non-verbal stage performance which dramatizes culinary art and customary Korean percussion.

We then moved on to InsaDong where there are many dozens of art galleries and antique shops selling Hanbok, ceramics, handicraft and sourvenirs. It was raining when we reached InsaDong so no chance to take picture or buy anything.
After that, we had our dinner before going back to Lotte World Hotel to pack our luggage for the flight back next day
Thursday, 10 April 2008 @ Seoul
After breakfast, the tour guide brought us to purchase some local Korean produce and to The Face Shop main retail outlet. Items in The Face Shop at Korea is about 30% cheaper than Singapore. I bought lotsa collagen masks there.
Finally, it was time to depart Seoul and back to Singapore.
