It was Jenny's birthday on Friday and she sms-ed me pretty last minute to meet up. We ended up having dinner at Station Kitchen then going directly to Movida. Her friend, Jef, who just got back from overseas, was with us too.
Had a real filling dinner and finally danced it out at Movida which was super crowded. Although we managed to get a table (all thanks to Jenny), it was like hijacked by some foreigners when they requested to put their bottle of whiskey on our table. Before we knew it, they were like occupying the whole table!
In any case, am just glad Jenny had a fun birthday celebration. That is most important.

Saturday, 9 June 2007 Saturday was a colleague, Gina's wedding dinner, held at The Oriental. It is quite a nice hotel and she invited quite a number of colleagues too. Food was not bad but dinner started really late about 9pm. I was famished. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable occasion and I am so happy for her.
Dinner ended slightly after 11pm and I felt kinda bad to make my friend, KT, wait outside for me. He arrived about 10.45pm to pick me up and was pretty patient about the whole thing. We had wine by the beach after the dinner. Cool breeze and I loved it there. Chatted till about 3am before going for a quick snack at Hongkong Cafe then he sent me home.
Really enjoyed the company. I am glad I did not shut myself out by refusing to go out with him. My friends are right. It is only when I try going out with someone new then I will know if I can enjoy going out with the person. Well, I certainly did enjoy KT's company tremendously. Can consider going out more often now. :)
Anyway, got home about 6am and slept about 7am. Was woken up at 12pm but went back to dreamland till about 2pm. Haha. I feel like a pig! OINK!
