My food intake the last few days were alright except for wine on both Friday and Saturday. Am sure the calories from the wines are piling onto me already. *SULK* Back to Crunches twice a day from tomorrow onwards!
Thursday, 28 June 2007 Lunch: 1 whole Guava
Dinner: Half Chicken (Steamed), Vegetables, Half a plate of Rice, 1 Kiwi and 1 Orange
Exercise: 30 crunches at noon
Friday, 29 June 2007 Breakfast: 2 Green Apples
Lunch: Pickles, 5 mouthfuls for Korean Beef Rice, Grilled Saba Fish and Seafood Toufu Soup
Dinner: 4 pieces of sushi, 1 handroll, 3 pieces of salmon sashimi, ice-cream and Ocha
Others: Half a bottle of white wine at 11.30pm
Exercise: Nil
Saturday, 30 June 2007 Dinner: 3/4 piece of an 8 ounce medium-rare Prime Rib steak from Outback Steak House, Vegetables and Mango & Peach Juice
Others: Half a bottle of red wine at 11.30pm
Exercise: Nil
Sunday, 1 July 2007 Lunch: Hotplate Tofu, Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs, Fried Wanton and Claypot Rice (All food shared by 4 of us)
Tea: 1 Green Tea and 1 Apple Pie (from Macdonald) at 5pm
