It has been a busy week as usual with showrooms visitations and of course, rushing production. Was kinda frustrated because from the beginning of the month, I had projected a deficit in the production target which my accounts were supposed to hit. Yes, right from the start. I gave a realised projection and an optimistic projection too. But underlyingly, my answer to the boss is still firm. We won't be able to hit the target this month much as our manager insists we have to.

Unfortunately, a fellow colleague of mine projected a very high estimate for our biggest account this month and hence, we will have a huge deficit on this month's production simply cos it is not achievable. I do feel slight injustice for him that he has to bear the blame though he was told by our direct superior that he had to give such an estimate. Perhaps it was all a political game with the management but anyhow, he should have protected himself by projecting what was realistic or optimistic, instead of what he already knew was impossible! *SIGHZ* Anyway, we had a long chat earlier and I sure hope that moving forward, he will smarten up and learn to protect himself. I honestly hope that our team will work well together, hand in hand, to achieve our target!

Production closes on Monday and Charmaine and I brought documents back home tonight to vet. Just so that the processing team can speed up on production tonight. It's gonna be a long night for me today.

On a happier note, will be going for department chalet with my colleagues at Aranda Country Club tomorrow night, with BBQ! Looking forward to it but too bad, won't be staying overnight. Sure hope someone is bringing wine there. *SLURP*

Where knowledge is concerned, did I mention that I gonna start Conversational Malay lessons starting this Saturday? I learnt Japanese before but I find that there were not many people to communicate Japanese to. However, Malay is different. Can actually speak Malay to our Malay peers. In any case, even if I do not end up damn liguistic in Malay, I can still understand when Malays speak and I will know what they are talking about. Hehe! Am just so glad that at least I am learning something new.

Excitement and happiness are usually short-lived. Now I gonna get my ass off from my computer terminal and start working else I may not get to sleep tonight! Hiakz!
