Friday, 24 August 2007 Although I did my lovely manicure and pedicure on Saturday, I sacrificed my nails today to be Cheryl's Nail Model. Cheryl used to be a salesperson and currently quitted her job to learn this nail course.
For the past 2 weeks, she was asking me to be her nail model and I was rather sceptical. But since it was her exam today and she asked me, I obliged.
My right hand. Very amateurly done but well, I know she did her best. Some of the nail polish was seen outside the nail. Simple Nail Art done but err, the flowers very big leh!
My pair of well manicured hands, with small pearls added. Actually, not too bad. Just got to get used to it. Think I will let this stay for a week before my next mani and pedi session!
Cheryl passed her exams. Of course. Haha. Actually, there wasn't much for her to do anyway as I just had my nails done on Saturday. Not much cuticle, she need not trim and the shaping was easy. Even her teacher commented that she got not much work to do with me as her Nail Model. Haha.
By the way, my nails are real. Weird that so many people thought that I did extension for my nails. Booohooo!
