Sunday, May 13, 2007 It's the second Sunday of May, and officially declared as Monday. Yes, I know that we love our mums everyday and will make them happy everyday. Much as many claim that Mother's Day is too commercialised (as with Valentine's Day etc), I still think it will make Mummy happy to do something for/with her on this special day. I was supposed to go for inline skate this morning but overslept as I dozed off last night without setting the alarm clock. Sigh! It was crazy yesterday with breakfast at 7am, Inline Skate at 830am, Latin Cha Cha at 11am then Inline Skate again at 3pm. I did not manage to clear the 3pm lesson so was intending to go this morning, without Francis as he managed to clear. Now, I have to go for next Saturday's 830am Inline Skate session followed by my usual 11am Latin Cha Cha before meeting Francis at 3pm to start next 2 Inline Skate sessions. Gonna be super tiring for me! Francis is quite nice to wait for me to clear actually, so I must ENDURE. :P Oh, back to Mother's Day, well, will be bringing Mummy to Anjana Spa later for a full body massage, body scrub and also jacuzzi. Gonna be a treat for her and after that, we will be having ala-carte buffet dinner at a Thai restaurant along Killiney Road. My brother, Desmond and his wife-to-be, Jasmine, will be joining us for dinner. Did not get any gift for Mummy though. Hmm, in any case, I have booked for my Bangkok trip in August. Going with Mummy. Had intended to go alone and stopped by Krabi for snorkelling or diving, but Mummy was nagging over it so decided to ask her along, minus Krabi of course. Haha! And the Taipei trip in October is confirmed with Mummy too. Woah... expect myself to spend quite a bit. Nonetheless, am glad to be able to bring Mummy for holidays. :) I asked someone on MSN how he gonna celebrate Mother's Day with his mum today and his reply was "I celebrate with her everyday". I think this answer is super lame. Come on, I love my mum and treat her nice everyday too. But that doesn't mean I can't do something special for/with her on Mother's Day right? Well, to each his/her own. To my beloved Mummy, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to you! ![]() Labels: Family |
