Zijun reached the latest cos she came from work. She seems quite happy working at Standard Chartered Bank now. Oh well, like what she said, is a personal challenge for her.

We caught up quite a bit and Cheryl was updating us on Martinna's wedding end of this month. Also, Cheryl annouced that she would be getting married next June. So happy for her and Martin. And she asked me to be her emcee at the wedding dinner! I was just telling her I am already her "Ah Yee" so no need be emcee but she insisted I am a good choice. So, I just told her that I would do it if my partnering emcee is a cute dude! Oh well, she said he is a Hongkonger and quite cute. Now, that's worth considering! Haha!

Went shopping after the lunch and took some pictures before Zijun and Cheryl left. We were at Marina Square.

After Cheryl and Zijun left, I pestered Yanling to take individual pictures! Haha! She said it felt so weird but well, she looked lovely in the pictures!

Yanling is the best! Every gathering she will be accompanying me, till the last moment. Haha! I was supposed to go for spa with Charmaine but due to some circumstances, did not go. As such, I would be going with Yanling next Saturday and dear Charmaine is flying off to Tokyo for vacation on Friday!


After coffee with Yanling, met up with Kenneth to catch the movie The Pursuit of Happyness.

Apparently he got free tickets from his friends so asked me along. Slow but nice movie. The movie was screened at Shaw Plaza and it so happened that everyone knows everyone. Haha. Anyway, got to know 2 new gal friends after the movie. Girls are amazing. When we started talking about manicure, pedicure and spa, we just went on and on. We did exchange numbers and may probably see them again sometime!

Kenneth sent me home after that. Very nice of him. Oh yeah, he passed me my belated birthday present too. It was a pair of ear studs. In white. Quite nice, although I prefer dangling long earrings! Haha! :)

Decided to go for my hair and scalp treatment before meeting my secondary school friends for dinner (also to celebrate my birthday, a belated one). However, I was late for my appointment and Paul had started on another customer who arrived a few minutes before me. So, I waited. Sigh! Waited for nearly an hour while reading Her World magazine before he tended to me. He felt quite bad and tried to speed the process up, especially when I told him I am rushing off for a dinner.

And my dear hairstylist was so nice (probably because he felt bad for making me wait so long) that he set my curls bigger with the curl irons for free! I have done hair setting and it usually cost quite a bit. Oh well, I am not complaining!

Meiqing sms-ed to say she was sick and could not meet us so I went ahead to meet Valerie and Qiumei for dinner at Siam Kitchen. We then proceeded to Swensen's for ice-cream. Actually took some pictures at Swensen's but Qiumei was saying the pictures not nice so I shall not post. We agreed to dress up nicely and take more pictures for Phantom of the Opera musical on 15 April 2007.

Time really flies. I booked the tickets half a year ago and we are going for this fantastic production in 2 weeks time! There have been raving reviews on it and I am so excited. So, pictures of them got to wait and meanwhile, just thought I can upload a picture of my nice big curls, all thanks to Tom! :)
