A picture tells a thousand words. Truly enchoing my emotions now.
It was really a sucky day at work today. Been a while since I felt so terrible.
Annoyed.
Upset.
Frustrating.
Unhappy.
Helpless.
Agonised.
Does he have to make it so obvious that he is so biased?
Can't he be less discernible in siding with this other colleague and making the rest of us feel like trash?
When will he stop treating us like he knows more than us when obviously he doesn't?
When can he truly respect us as equals and do things his own way without discussing with us first?
Now, I so wish that my department head does not leave us so soon for regional office. He may be temperamental at times but at least he is fair and hears our view. And I must say that he is really intelligent with creative ideas. This much, I appreciate about him and I got to admit that he has been a good boss as far as I can tell.
I can't say the same for someone else though. GOD HELP ME!!!!!
