As I weighed myself less than 5 minutes ago, I realise to my horror that I tipped the scale at a weight which I dread the most. I am officially 5kg up from the initial weight when I started my current job in December last year.
Losing 5kg is the last item on my Wish List and I really hope to start doing so now. I know that all talk and no action is useless. For a start, I am targetting 3kg. 5kg seems so far away for now.
I know that I have not been exercising and I resolute to do my crunches daily from today onwards. Next will be my chocolates and ice-cream intake. Well, I know I can't stop snacking completely but I will at least control myself to have chocolates or ice-cream not more than twice a week. Wish me luck!
I bought a book recently to find out more about the Atkins Diet. I really do not want to starve myself trying to lose weight. I think Atkins Diet may have some good advice on how I can shed some weight. Will read the book this weekend.
Meanwhile, I will continue to remind myself how fat I am now and that my pants or skirts feel so tight now. I NEED to at least be able to fit into my clothes instead of buying bigger-sized clothes! Discipline is the word here and it shall start NOW!
