Ok, I have been neglecting this blog. Was away for my honeymoon in Europe from 13th May till 31st May 2010 and when I got back to work on 2nd June (rested a day on 1st June), work has been so overwhelming that I am having dinner at midnight.
For the past few weeks, Hubby has been sorting out our Actual Day wedding pictures and also our Europe Honeymoon pictures. I should be posting them next week, and yes I know that this is way belated. But better than forgetting totally ya?
So, other than being super-duper busy with work, I am also super annoyed and upset that I gained 5kg from my Europe trip. All thanks to the pasta, ham, bread and cheese! The first week I got back, I lost 2kg upon watching my diet and cutting down on carbohydrates. However, due to working late nights and having really late dinners (and chocolate-snacking in office) thereafter, I am back to square one, which is 5kg heavier than when I leave Europe. Argh.
Anyway, I decided to blog today as a reminder to myself. To STOP the late dinners and for late night working, will just have museli bars and that's it. Also trying to have a heavier breakfast so that I can still continue my light lunch which is now mainly soupy stuff. I know it's the late dinner which is killing me, and I need to work on STOPPING it.
