Times flies. It's Thursday again tomorrow, Yoga day. It has been a tiring week, mainly because I am not feeling well. Nonetheless, looking forward to Yoga tomorrow.
During dinner earlier, Mum was just telling me about the medical check up she had in the morning. Healthy. This brought us to talk about our weight and height, also the Body Mass Index (BMI). Then I realise that just a few years ago, my BMI is in the middle of the healthy range and now, I am tipping at the higher end of the healthy range. This means that if I do not watch myself, gaining a few more kilograms will mean that I may end up being overweight!
Now, I am more motivated to check out more Yoga class or even starting Pilates.
