Today, Dear and I went to My Spa for Ginger Scrub and 1-hour massage. It was really good, as usual. Although we felt a little sore after the massage, we thought that we should go for 1.5 hour the next time we come.

Because we intended to upgrade our Ginger Scrub to Couple Jacuzzi for next 2 sessions from our existing, we had to top up another $100. We really prefer the Jacuzzi to the Ginger Scrub, so we agreed. Anyway, My Spa is having some year-end promotion. So I ended up forking out $500 to purchase $500 of credit dollars plus $100 body service vouchers to be utilised over there. After netting off the $100 for upgrading to couple Jacuzzi next 2 sessions, I left $400 credit and $100 body service vouchers. The credit dollars and vouchers are good as we have intention to bring Mummy there the next time.

In fact, the masseuses there are really good, so I don't have much to complain. Just that at My Spa, they don't encourage male patrons as some may be up to some chicky business with the masseuses. Hence, massage for men is much more expensive. For ladies, an hour massage is at $58 compared to $78 for men.

Having tried a few spa salons, I must say this is the best so far and for me, at $58, is really reasonable. However, the last few spa places I have been to, do not charge additional for men massage, so now at $78 for an hour massage for Dear, I find it a little pricey. Nonetheless, Dear really enjoys and agrees that massage at My Spa is really better than the other places he had tried.

With us going Bangkok for Christmas, which we will be going for Thai massage, we made our next appointment at My Spa to be after Chinese New Year. Till then!
