The clock just struck twelve. HAPPY NEW YEAR and let's all welcome 2007 with a big hug. In fact, I just got back from a friend's wedding. Alone. Well, was supposed to attend the wedding with you-know-who but since it has ended, I went alone. Quite enjoyable and really happy that Lifang, this bubbly gal I knew during SIM days, has tied the knot with the love of her life. Do wish her a blissful marriage!

Actually, I wanted to head somewhere for countdown after the dinner ended at 11pm but decided against it when I thought about how crowded it would be. It is not so bad welcoming the 2007 in some peace and quiet by myself. It's a new year and hence a new start. So new resolutions too!

A checkback on my 2006 resolutions, I shall strike out those I have managed to achieve/accomplish/complete.

Save at least 10% of my monthly paycheck.
Sleep before 1am every weekday.
Do not be late for work or any appointment.
To listen more to others and to speak less.
Do facial mask at least twice a week at night.
Either swim or gym once a week.
Start bellydancing by March 2006.
Meet up with good friends once in 3 months.
Remind myself of all my friends' birthdays.
Bring Mummy to monthly facial session.

Oh well, only half struck off. So, gonna be more disciplined for 2007 to achieve more. Here are my ten (some repetitive) resolutions for 2007:

Save at least 10% of my monthly paycheck.

Sleep before 1am every weekday... unless am out partying.

Either swim or gym once a week.

Pick up another new dance, either ballroom or latin.

Shed at least 3kg. Ideal is 5kg.

Stop dating workaholic/self-centered men.

Bring in more profit for the accounts I am handling at work.

Much better relationships with colleagues & working partners.

Spend time with Mummy at least once a week.

Pick up a new sport, either golf or roller-blading.
